PWTorch.com reports Jason Albert has replaced Bill DeMott as NXT Head Trainer. Albert has competed under several ring names over a 20 year career, including Albert, Prince Albert, Lord Tensai, and Sweet T in WWE. He also used the name Giant Bernard in New Japan where he held the IWGP World Tag Team Championship on several occasions. He currently provides color commentary on some NXT shows.

Albert’s training duties began at this past weekend’s NXT events in Ohio. DeMott resigned a few days ago amidst controversy concerning his tactics and professionalism.
